Broadcasting problems with ADSL connections
Tue, 11/03/2009 - 03:48 — VideoConference...DSL connections are usually asymmetric (ADSL), meaning only a small portion of the connection can be used for upload and the rest is download dedicated. That means for a 3Mbps you can download with 300kb/s which is ok but can't upload with more than 40kb/s causing broadcasting trouble with video streaming applications.
